Leeve brings delicious and spicy chutney made from fresh garlic, salt and red chilly peppers. It is prepared in dried forms. Homemade dried garlic chutney can be stored in bottles and will last up to 1 month. When refrigerated, it can be kept for up to six months. It is eaten either dry or mixed with curd, buttermilk or vegetable oil. Garlic chutney is sometimes served as an accompaniment to chaats and khandvi and it is also eaten with chapati, bhakari. It is very delicious and mouth tempting in taste.
